Sound engineering or audio engineering deals with the study of the technical and creative aspects of sound recording, editing and mixing. It is a field which mainly focuses on studying the sound technology and apply it in various fields to find the solution to the world’s current problems. Although the field is quite a challenging one but if you can stick around then it will pay off eventually.

Diploma of Audio Engineering and Sound Production
Associate Degree of Audio Engineering and Sound Production
Diploma in Audio and Video Production
Post Graduate course in Sound engineering

To pursue the diploma course you need to have physics, chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 level. For the certificate course in Sound Recording and Reproduction too a 10+2 certificate is required. And for the Post Graduate Certificate Course in Audiography and Television Engineering you need to have a bachelor's degree in any specialization.

No. You are not eligible for sound engineering with commerce stream. You should choose science stream compulsory with maths subject to go in sound engineering.

Sound Engineering Eligibility
- You must have passed (10+2) with science subjects physics , chemistry and maths from a recognized board.
- No age limit.
- You should have passed appeared entrance exam for admission.
