Re: What is the validity of OBC non creamy layer certificate in Kerala? The validity of OBC certificate is one year. It is based on annual income of parents of any candidate. Depending upon income level, OBC candidates are classified into OBC creamy and OBC non creamy. The present limit is 8 lacs per annum for division. Those whose parents income is less than 8 lacs per annum are under non creamy layer and eligible for reservation benefits. You need to get your new OBC certificate if you want to get reservation benefits in jobs or entrance exams. |
