I am from BSc Computers NIMCET examination is conducted by the NIT's colleges every year .The examination is done for admission to MCA course in the NIT's and other good colleges . So if you are interested in doing MCA from NIT's then you will have to appear for the NIMCET exam which is conducted every year . ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA You should have passed class 12th with Mathematics with at least 60% marks . You must have got Bachelor’s Degree of Full time 3 year duration from a recognized Universit With any one of the following subjects : a. Mathematics b. Statistics c. Business Mathematics d. Discrete Mathematics e. Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science f. Business Statistics g. Computational Mathematics h. Elementary Mathematics i. Elementary Statistics You must have scored minimum 60% marks in your graduation . Pattern of the examination :: The question paper is of objective types and consist of 120 question which is divided into 4 section : 1:Mathematics->40 Questions, 2.Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning -> 55 questions, 3.Computer Awareness -> 10 questions, 4.General English -> 15 questions. List of reference books are :: Numerical Ability & Mathematical Aptitude by Dr. A.B. Ra Upkar’s MCA Arihant MCA Entrance Test by Amit M. Agarwal Barron’s Military Flight Aptitude Tests by Terry L. Duran |

Am I eligible for NIMCET? I am from BSc Computers sir, I'm BSc(comp) final year student and my aggregate is 79.4%. I want to know that whether am I eligible for NIMCET as my DOB is 22/Aug/1991 . |
