The basic eligibility criteria of NIMCET require
Indian candidates to be graduates in Science/ IT/ CA/ Technology or Engineering, with at least 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
Only eligible candidates will be able to apply for this national level exam which is the gateway to admission into M.C.A.

Re: Which all graduate discipline are eligible for NIMCET examination?

Following graduate disciplines (with Mathematics/ Statistics subjects) from a UGC/AICTE approved University are eligible for NIMCET exam.
  • B.Sc.
  • B.Sc. (Hons)
  • BCA
  • BIT

Also, B.E./ B.Tech. graduates from a recognized University are also eligible for NIMCET exam.

Note that open University students are also eligible for NIMCET exam and their college must be approved by Distance Education Council (DEC) of Govt. of India.

Since, you have pursued BA course, so you can't apply for NIMCET exam.

Which all graduate discipline are eligible for NIMCET examination?

Hi, I have done BA in Mathematics and Computer Science. So, am I eligible to apply and write the NIMCET examination? And, which all standard graduate discipline or specializations are acceptable for NIMCET?
