Hi, If your daughter is failed is any one of the subject that she will be allowed to give compartment exam.of that particular subject. Clearing that compartment exams she will allowed to get in class 12th. If she got failed in more then subject then she won't get compartment exam opportunity. And she have to repeat class 11 again. And it is really difficult or we can say it is impossible to save her one year now if she got failed in 2-3 subjects in class 11 because no other school also won't give admission to her in class 12th as every school asks to submit the clear pass marsksheet of class 11th for giving admission to 12th class. Without scoring pass marks in 11th final examination due to any reason, a students can never be allowed to take admission in 12th standard. Since, there is problem with every student but their main priority must be study above all the matters happening in their life. So, if she had not taken care of that then she have to pay price for that and no one is gonna help her. Still, there is one way available, if the school in which she study conduct compartmental examination then she need to score pass marks in that and in case the school doesn't conduct any compartmental examination then only way remains is that parents and students need to negotiate with school administration and they can only hear such arguments if her previous academic record is better and also she need to make promise to score more and more marks in further coming examinations and if the school administration agrees to promote her in next class then only her year will be saved otherwise she have to study again in 11th standard. |

What is the promotion rules followed in class eleven ISC board? My daughter failed to get qualifing marks in class eleven , studing in isc board due to some family problem . is there any way so that her one year could be saved. what is the rules for getting promotion in isc board.
