Re: What would be the duration of MBBS if started after B.Sc Nursing degree course? There will be no decrease in number of years required for pursuing Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery after pursuing Bachelor of Science in Nursing course. The duration which is 4 to 5 years will remain same. The general criteria is that you have must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in senior secondary board examination. Higher is the percentage of marks in 12th, it will add up in your personal profile for admission in foreign countries. |

Re: What would be the duration of MBBS if started after B.Sc Nursing degree course? MBBS stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and the duration of the same degree course is 5.5 years (including an year of intership period). Now, as far as you are concerned about the duration of the same degree course for candidates pursuing the same degree course after completion of their B.Sc. in Nursing degree course then I would like to let you know that it still remains the same as there is no provision of any lateral entry to the same degree course for any candidate. |

Re: What would be the duration of MBBS if started after B.Sc Nursing degree course? MBBS is Bachelor in Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery. It is five year duration course. The eligiblility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCB. Entrance examination is conducted for institutions in abroad. There will be no lateral entry in the course after B.Sc course. So, you will have to pursue full time course. |
