Re: How can I join Indian Army being a Physiotherapist? Hello Kavita, There are only two ways through which you can join Indian Army being a Physiotherapist. These are : 1) Combined Defense Services Examination 2) Armed Forces Medical College Examination By clearing the Combined Defense Services Examination, you can join the Indian Militant Academy as an Army Officer and serve our nation. This Examination is conducted twice every year by the Union Public Service Commission. The Eligibility Criteria for Combined Defense Services Examination are : >> You must have secured a Bachelor`s degree in any stream from any recognized university. >> Your age must lie in between 19-24 years. >> You must be a citizen of India. >> You must be unmarried. >> You must have maintained a good physical and mental status. Or, You can join Indian Army through the Armed Forces Medical College Test which requires the same educational qualifications from the candidates. The age required for AFMC Test is 19-25 years. This is the information I have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |
