Re: Can anyone having age 41 can be eligible for LLB course admission? --No,you are not eligible to join LLB even after the age of 41 years. ---As per the lates BCI rules,maximum upper age limit is 30 years for General category and 35 years for SC/ST candidates. |

Re: Can anyone having age 41 can be eligible for LLB course admission? IGNOU does not offer a full-time LLB Course. Secondly, LLB courses cannot be done in distance mode as per BCI regulations. There is no age-limit for studying 3-year LLB programin India. Based on an old BCI recommendation, some law colleges put an age bar of 30 years for admission but that doesn't hold good as the said recommendation was stayed by courts. So, as of now, thereis no age bar to join LLB 3-year program |

Re: Can anyone having age 41 can be eligible for LLB course admission? There is no upper age limit to pursue LLB course. LLB is 3 year course after graduation and 5 year course after class 12th. IGNOU doesn't offer LLB course in distance, It offers other certificate and PG courses in Law. Law courses in distance mode are academic in nature and can be employed in companies as legal advisor, but can't practice in court of law. Can anyone having age 41 can be eligible for LLB course admission? Hi, I am 41 years old and I wish to pursue LLB. Is there any upper age restriction? Can I start with LLB? What about studying LLB via distance mode of education? What about doing LLB from IGNOU? |
