There are companies like Mahalaxmi Corporation, Generic Engineering & Construction Projects Ltd. Panora Infrastructure etc. Where you can work as Executive Tender Engineer or Quantity Surveyor. You will get work experience. Alongside prepare for GATE and work in AirIndia or Mumbai or Delhi Metro or PSUs like RUNL, NHAI, DMRC etc. |

There are many career options that you can do, but the first thing you need to do is to decide what do you want from your life, what you would be able to do passionately. Coming to the topic, you can take a job at a contracting/consulting firm after the completion. You can opt for the MS/M.Tech/Depending on your choice. |

Mainly there are 2 career options for the candidates after completion of BE Civil Engineering. -Higher Studies -Job Opportunities If you are interested in further studies, opt for ME Civil Engineering. If you want to go for job opportunities, you can get jobs in private sector and public sector. GATE is very important Exam for Civil Engineering candidates. Because not only admission to Post Graduation, Companies are offering jobs on the basis of GATE score. Top companies for jobs in public sector are HPCL BPCL ONGC etc. I would suggest you to choose the career option as per your interest and make most out of it. |
