Re: How to compete for UGC NET lecturership? I have done PGDELT

You are eligible to appear for the UGC NET examination conducted by the UGC twice every year. The examination is conducted in the month of June and December.

The eligibility to appear for the examination is :-
* Candidates must have passed the master's degree from the recognised university.
* Candidates must have at least 55% aggregate in the master's degree.

Since you have the PG degree in the Diploma of English Language and Training and it is a two year course after the graduation you are eligible to appear for the examination.

The other information about the examination is available at the www.ugc.ac.in.

How to compete for UGC NET lecturership? I have done PGDELT

I have done PGDELT and am pursuing MA in English literature but still in the first year. Will it be possible for me to compete for UGC net (lecturership) with a PGDELT qualification alone?
