Biotechnology student,I got a chance to work in middle east as a medical Laboratory technician,there I required a health licence to apply for NHRA data flow to get licence to deal with clinical samples in middle east,Is there is any chance to get a health licence or an authentication letter mentioned that Msc. biotechnology students will not get health licence like that to convince them . |

B.Sc Biotechnology and B-Pharmacy are two Graduation level courses with the duration of 3 years and 4 years respectively. These two are 2 different Life Science courses. However Biotechnology might be one of the subject in B-Pharmacy course. For getting License to open a Medical store, you need to complete D-Pharmacy course. D-Pharmacy stands for Diploma in Pharmacy which is a 2 year Diploma course being offered by many of the colleges in India. Your D-Pharmacy certificate will be useful as a License to open a Medical shop. If you are not interested to open a Medical shop, you can give this for rent to others. In order to be eligible to join this course, one should have completed 12th class with BIPC or MPC streams. Admission would be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam. Though you complete Graduation in Biotechnology, this is not useful as a License to open Medical store. |
