Yes, you are eligible to pursue master degree after B.Ed course.

To get admission in master degree course the eligibility is :-

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from any recognised university.

The discipline in bachelor degree must be as required for admission in master's degree.

So, you can appear for entrance examination for the university in which you want to get admission for the admission. In some of the university admission is on the basis of marks in graduation.

So, as per the requirement fufil the eligibility to get admission in the course.
