Re: Details of Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) examination RIMC stands for Rashtriya Indian Military College. Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) was founded in 1992 by Ministry of Defence, Government of India in order to promote and provide quality education to young Indian boys. # Eligibility criteria: * Must be Indian citizen. * Must be male. As females are strictly restricted to apply. * Either studying in class 7th or passed the class 7th. * For RIMC 2015, candidate must have born between July 2, 2003 to January 1, 2005. * Age of the candidate must be lies between 11.5 to 13 years as on July 1, 2016. # The selection/admission process in RIMC 2015 includes three stages mentioned below: * Written Examination * Viva-voce * Medical examination # Details regarding Written Examination; * English Language (minimum 50% marks required to qualify) * Mathematics (minimum 50% marks required to qualify) * General Knowledge (minimum 50% marks required to qualify) # Details about Viva-voce or Interview; * Minimum 50% marks required in order to qualify. * Aims to judge the student's intelligence and personality. # Medically Examination: * Every selected students out of Written Examination as well as Viva-voce, will be called for a medical examination to any Military Hospital nearest to student's residence. * Only physically and medically fit students are eligible to take admission in Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC). # For more information, please contact: * Administrative Officer, Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) Garhi Cantonment, Dehradun- 248003, Uttrakhand. * Phone No. 0135-2752083 * Fax: 0135-2754260 * Email: [email protected] |
