Is fisher men community( Dheevara) applicants get non creamy layer certificate irrespective of their job status Parent's ? means both parents are class II officers.

Yes, sub caste of fishermen community has been excluded from the creamy layer. You can apply for Non creamy layer certificate. For more details you can go to the counsellor for further help.
