It is better to do one course at a time. because doing both courses together you need to do one course correspondence.

Is it cumpulsory to do a B. Ed after clearing NET exam... For the job of lecturer..

You can seek admission in the regular M.Sc courses and at the same time, opt for B.Ed via correspondence. On assumption basis, you will be seeking admission in similar stream for post graduation as you did in bachelor’s level. You may also have to appear for the written test as well as interview for being selected for the course. There are universities that offer courses via correspondence too.
