Re: How to take up Biotechnology? Is it necessary to write NEET? i am about to complete my 12th .i am a bio ip student,which includes biology,chemistry,physics,english and informatics. I am not appearing for any entrance examination. Can i still apply for a bsc course in biotechnology.physics and chemistry are not my strong points.biology is my strong point.but i am largely interested in the field of biotechnology.does this field offer me a bright future.which among biotechnology and bioinformatics is a better option for me.what are the core subjects coming under bsc and msc biotechnology?
