Candidates who want to join Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineering needs to apply for Indian Engineering Services conducted by Union Public Service Commission. The eligibility criteria for this exam is bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university. You need to appear for exam in disciplines like Mechanical engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering. The age limit is 21-30 years. There is three years upper age relaxation for OBC and five years to SC/ST candidates. |
