Eligibility:- The candidate must be a graduate from any of the recognized University of India with a degree in Business administration, accounting, finance, etc. Age Criteria: The candidate’s age should be between 21-30years. Recruitment examinations: The candidate needs to pass SBI Special Management Executives recruitment exam /SBI Management Executive recruitment exam. Experience: The applicant should have minimum 5years of experience in Banking Industry or any other financial services as an executive in supervisory or in management can apply for the post with 60% in both the Graduation and post graduate degree. To become manager you have to clear entrance examination SBI SO and there is also another way first try to clear SBI PO exam . After Years of experience you can become manager. SBI PO is post for Assistant manager. |

For Vice president Technology Architecture- Minimum Age limit-21years Maximum Age limit - 45 years Senior Manager(e Commerce) Minimum Age limit- 24years Maximum Age limit- 35 years Branch manager salary of SBI is RS.65,551 in india. |

Qualification needed becoming a SBI MANAGER:- 1.First you are to join in SBI through facing SBI clerk/PO entrace Exam. 2.Next step you are to work within the Branch skillfully to get remark excellent/Good/fair etc in you service sheet year after year. 3.Those who belong to PO category they achieve the Br.Manager post as Grade(1)within 2(two)years. 4.Generally clerk are to pass internal JMG Grade (1) written/interview,exams.it may take 4 years to 10 years as per viability of posts. Next promotion depend on report on service sheet/weight given on Master Degree/CAIIB also performance (Audit report/recovery of finance/quantity of finance etc). These merits can lead an employee up to Chairman for example,Today's Chairman Respected Arundhuti Bhattacharjee's back ground was SBI PO. Thank You, |

Other supplements that will enhance the chance of any candidate to become a Manager are: To have strong skills in the field of accounting, communication and management along with few professional certifications regarding the field of accounts or finance will increase your chance to become a manager in SBI. Certification like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) will surely ease your path to grab the managerial post. Nonetheless, there is also an indirect path that to become a Manager in SBI. This path has its way by passing through several subordinate posts in Bank such as Clerk, PO, etc. in SBI. |
