You are not eligible to appear for std 12th after 5 years, you will have to continue with std 11th and than std 12th.

After std 12th you will become eligible for NEET and after qualifying in the examination eligible for admission in medical courses.

NEET is conducted every year by NTA.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission after NEET with a gap of 4-5 years. The gap in academic year between Class 10th and Class 11th will have no effect on your eligibility for NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and AIIMS entrance examination. To get more details you can Google it.

Yes, You are totally eligible take admission after NEET with a gap of 4-5 years.

You just have to secure admission in any school with PCB combination.

Complete your intermediate with good marks.

Go for NEET examination and secure more than 600 marks in NEET examination.

Go through course process of NEET examination to secure admission in good college.

Your age gap won't affect anything.
