Spending to learn something worth and new is never a wastage of money so definitely it is good to pay if you learn well. Also industrial training is very important in order to get an exposure to how the companies work and learn the tools and technologies and which the companies work. So, it's good to take a survey of number of options available and then make a choice. |

If you get something better in the IT field, then spend some money for learning that technique, which you interested & want to learn. Then you got a certification, but also got experience in live projects. |
