Eligibility to appear in KPSC SDA exam for dumb & deaf candidate? Hello Sir, I have completed my 2nd PUC. But I am Physically Handicapped, both dumb and deaf. I cannot speak or hear. I want to appear in SDA exam of KPSC. Am I eligible to appear in this exam? Please help me to know about this immediately. |
