Re: Can a English Hons student apply for Junior Hindi Translator in SSC? I Have completer my PG in English from DU. I have completed my Graduation ( Eng Hon's) from DU. In the graduation , I studied Hindi as a Compulsory subject in the 1st year only . In the 2nd and 3rd year , there was no Hindi compulsory subject . My question is , whether I m Eligible for JHT ( CATEGORY -F), exam conducted by SSC Please advise me My E-mail : [email protected] |

As you have asked whether an English (hons) student can apply for junior Hindi translator or not, therefore let’s check the educational qualification under Junior Hindi translator (in Subordinate offices) Candidate must have master’s degree in English or Hindi with Hindi or English as compulsory or elective subject at degree level from recognized university. You also must have a bachelor’s degree from recognized university with Hindi and English as main subjects. Also candidates those who have passed B.A(hons) in English or Hindi with Hindi or English as subject are also eligible for Junior Hindi Translator. These candidates should also ensure that they have studied their degree in English and Hindi as main subjects. |
