Re: Can any candidate having distance degree is eligible to give CLAT exam 2022? CLAT is Common Law Admission Test. It is conducted for admission in law courses. The required eligibility is that candidate must have passed std 12th from a recognised board with minimum 50% aggregate. Candidates after qualifying in the entrance examination eligible for admission in NLUs and other premier institutions. So, you can apply for admission in five year LLB course after qualifying in CLAT. |

Re: Can any candidate having distance degree is eligible to give CLAT exam 2022? CLAT is conducted for admission in BA LLB as well as LLM course. It is not conducted for admission in three year LLB course. The eligibility to appear for BA LLB entrance examination is that candidate must have passed std 12th with minimum 50% aggregate. So, you can appear for the entrance examination and after qualifying in the examination will become eligible for admission in BA LLB course. |

Can any candidate having distance degree is eligible to give CLAT exam 2022? If any candidate having DISTANCE DEGREE of B.A. and he/she is in last year is eligible to get Clat exam. And in distance degree there is no Transfer certificate so is there any issue due to this? |
