Am I eligible for UPSC exam after completing Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology?

Being from PCB background. I thought to pursue Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP) as my backup option and simultaneously start preparation for UPSC. So, am I on right track?
