YES, you are eligible to appear in Kerala Administrative Services after passing BSc IT degree through distance mode.
All those institutes are colleges which are recognised by UGC and provide distance education, the certificate of these colleges are equally valid as that of the regular universities.

Yes, Distance BSc IT degree is recognized for KAS exam.

Bharathiyar University is UGC approved University and degree provided by this university is totally acceptable for any recruitment or entrance.

Distance BSc IT degree candidate is totally eligible to appear for KAS exam.

If degree is not recognized by Calicut University than it won't create any trouble because degree should be from University recognized or established by Kerala Government or UGC or awarded by the National Institutes established by Government of India to be eligible for KAS exam.

Yes, distance BSc IT degree is recognised for KAS exam. Distance is the mode of study i.e; the flexibility given to the aspirants who all are willing to go higher education studies.

The University must be approved by UGC, DEB,AIU,AICTE,NAAC and WES. Degree's from all such universities is accepted in all sector like Public, Private and Government for the purpose of job.

Technical Degree should not be done in Distance like B.E/B.Tech is not acceptable. It should be done in regular mode.

Yes, if candidate's degree is recognized by UGC then you are eligible for KAS exam.

Those candidate who have completed Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification are eligible for KAS exam.

Candidate who appear in the final exam of the degree qualification may also appear.

Candidate age should be in between 21 to 35 years.

The meaning of education qualification required to appear in this examination is graduation in any discipline from a recognised university or Institute.

Minimum age is 21 years.

Maximum age is 35 years.

Relaxation of 5 years is provided to SC/ST candidates.

Relaxation of 3 years is provided to OBC candidates.

Relaxation of 10 years is provided to PH/Widow candidates.

KAS stands for Karnataka Administrative Services, The examination for KAS is conducted by KPSC every year. The minimum eligibility criteria for the KAS examination is as below:

>>Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.

If you have done your degree in distance mode,.then it must be approved by University Grants Commission and Distance Education council.

The age criteria is 21-35 years for general category candidates. Upper age relaxations applicable to candidates of reserved category.

Distance BSc IT degree is recognized for KAS exam?

My degree completed in bharathiyar University distance bsc IT .I can apply for the kas exam but the degree certificate Calicut University doesn't recognized.
