Re: A 10th pass student can become a good Ethical Hacker? Yes, 10th pass student can be a good ethical hacker, but you must study further for it. After 10th standard, you can either study Diploma course and then graduation in CS/IT. Another way is to complete 11th, 12th and then complete graduation. If specialization in Cyber security is available while studying graduation, then it would be much better. While pursuing graduation, go through online courses, certifications of Ethical Hacking. In the final year, you can apply for firms/companies offering jobs in Cyber security, ethical hacking, etc. |

A diploma in ethical hacking may be pursued after 12th or after 10th, while a PG diploma or postgraduate diploma in ethical hacking is pursued after graduation. The candidates need to have knowledge in Computer and interest in computer programming to opt diploma courses. |

To become a certified ethical hacker, it is important to have a bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science that teaches about ethical hacking. There are no dedicated bachelor’s or master’s courses in ethical hacking. Apart from that, you can pursue a Diploma in Ethical Hacking to be able to pursue ethical hacking professionally. Various Ethical Hacking Certifications, and online courses available on platforms like Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning will help gain a competitive edge to get hired in reputed IT firms. |
