Re: How to join Army after Diploma engineering? Procedure to join Indian Army :- You can apply for the CDS exam to join in the army. The age limit to appear for this exam is between 19 to 25 years. The qualification must be graduate from a recognised University. You must be the citizen of India and unmarried person to appear the exam. |

You have to join Army after Diploma engineering:- (Stap -1) *Candidates can either apply through technical entry scheme basis which they can apply for the post of engineer through SSB. (Stap -2) *For this the age of the candidate must be 16.5 to 19 years and he/she must have scored 70% marks in class 12 with science stream. |

Re: How to join Army after Diploma engineering? The thing is, you are not eligible academically for now for any exams which will recruit you to officer post in the army. Here I have a suggestion for you, you can go for a B.tech course (which is, of course, the most suitable option) in mechanical engineering. By appearing in the LEET exam, you will get admission in the B.TEch course in the 2nd year directly. Once you complete your graduation then multiple options will be available for you such as CDS, UES, etc. |

Technical Graduate Course entry is a type of entry by which an engineering student(only male) can join Indian Army as an officer. This is an entry scheme specifically meant for those students who are looking to have a career in defence after engineering. |
