An exam invigilator or supervisor is a person who is appointed by the examination board for maintaining the proper conduct of a particular examination in accordance with the examination regulations. It is the duty of the invigilator to watch the examination candidates to prevent cheating during the examination. |

What is the job profile of Observer/Invigilator as per CBSE Board? Hi, I have been appointed as an Observer/Invigilator for 12th CBSE Board exams. However, I am now sure about my duties. So, could you please brief me about the roles and responsibilities of an Observer or Invigilator as per CBSE Board's norms and regulations? |
