I had root canal treatment and having cap and one teeth completely removed can I pass medical test

No you would not be rejected on this basis, as acceptance or rejection on account of loss or decay of teeth depends upon relative position of sound teeth,there should be good teeth for mastication.

Duplicate teeth is allowed in Merchant Navy medical test or not?

My teeth is broken so I have got planted duplicate teeth made up of Cyramic material. Is is allowed in Merchant Navy medical test? Afterall having a teeth even if duplicate is better than having nothing, right?
