Re: How to approach for internship in MNC having 3 years gap after MCA? For getting job in top MNCs , one must have atleast 60% marks throughout their academics. There must be no present backlogs at the time of joining. Those who have more than 3 or 2 year gap are not eligible. Thus 3 year gap is a huge gap, and its difficult for any candidate to find job in mnc. You can try in some other companies to get experience. |

Re: How to approach for internship in MNC having 3 years gap after MCA? No, these companies only wants freshers ,after a gap it's very difficult to get a job. Eligibility criteria for MNC is, candidates must have 10th,12th and graduation passed with minimum 60%marks. |
