No, after passing diploma you cannot join in BSC course.

BSc is a graduation course.

For this course you have passed 12th with
science stream.

But, a few colleges in India which offers B.Sc degree course through lateral entry after completion of diploma course.

Re: Can I do B.Sc after Diploma in Mechanical Engineering?

You are not eligible for B.Sc course after completing diploma course. Only those candidates who completed 12th standard in science stream are eligible to apply for BSC course.
But, very few colleges in India which offers BSc course through lateral entry after completing a diploma course. The institution can also contact entrance examination before allot admission.
To apply for BSC course, you should have completed 12th standard or equivalent qualification in Sciences stream physics, chemistry and mathematics as a main subject from a recognised University and it's necessary that should be secured minimum 50% marks (45% marks required for SC / ST category students) in the 12th board examination.

Can I do B.Sc after Diploma in Mechanical Engineering?

I have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. So, now can I get admission in B.Com with specialization in Commerce? In second year can I get admission directly via lateral entry scheme?
