You must have completed master's degree with at least 55% of marks and you must have qualified the entrance exam to get eligible for Ph.D. in Islamic studies.

The basic eligibility criteria required to pursue PhD in Islamic Studies is given below,

Name of the Course- PhD in Islamic Studies

>> Candidates must have completed MA or M.Phil in Islamic Studies in order to be eligible.

>> The minimum percentage required in qualifying Examination is 55% Mark's

>> Selection will be done based on the performance in Entrance Test conducted by concerned college or institute.

>> As you are from Zoology background, I can say that you are not eligible to apply for this course.

The eligibility to pursue PhD in Islamic Studies is a candidate must have passed a Master's degree in Islamic Studies or equivalent with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. The admission process in most of the colleges is done on the basis of performance in an entrance test which is conducted by the university itself. The minimum score may vary from college to college and there is no specific age limit to apply for this course.

The eligibility to pursue PhD in Islamic Studies is, candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks.

The duration of this course is 3 to 5 years.

Admission is based on merit and entrance.

Eligibility to pursue PhD in Islamic studies:-

Qualified in any one of the entrance exams:
NET, DET, SET, UGC ( JRF), CSIR (JRF), Teacher Fellowship or Inspire Fellowship, or equivalent entrance exams.

Candidates for PhD in Islamic Studies must have pursued Masters in Islamic Studies or equivalent to the degree provided by a recognised University/ College.

Candidates must have gained 55% or its equivalent to CGPA (6.25 in 10th scales) aggregate marks in their Masters or any equivalent to the master's degree by statutory regulatory bodies.

A relaxation of 5% is given from 55% aggregate marks or an equivalent relaxation grade to differently-abled candidates as per the decision of the University/ College.

1. You must have completed a post-graduation course in relevant subjects.

2. You must have got a minimum of 55% marks in your post-graduation course from any university.

3. The duration of the course is 3-4 years.

The candidate should have passed post graduation with a minimum of 55% marks from any university. There is 5% relaxation in percentage for the reserved category candidates. Admission to this course is done on the basis of performance of the student in admission test that is conducted by the University itself.

--- This program can be pursued by the students who have completed my Masters or master of philosophy in Islamic Studies from any recognised University and the minimum aggregate is 55% marks or above.
The course is divided into semesters which get conducted in 6 months along with thesis and research papers.
Admission to PhD in Islamic Studies program is done on the married base obtained by the candidates at the graduation level.
There are many national and state level colleges which conduct entrance exams for PhD in the Islamic Studies program.

Those who have completed their masters in related subject from a recognised university are eligible for PhD program.

As you have completed masters in Zoology , then you are not eligible for PhD in Islamic studies.
For PhD in Islamic studies, candidate must have completed masters in islamic studies or related subject with atleast 55% n above.

1) Eligible for any one entrance test: NET, DET, SET, UGC (JRF), CSIR (JRF), Teacher Fellowship or Inspire Fellowship, or equivalent entrance test.
2) Candidates for PhD in Islamic Studies must have a Master's degree in Islamic Studies or the equivalent of a degree awarded by a recognized University / College.
3) Candidates must have a CGPA of 55% or equivalent (6.25 on a scale of 10) to obtain a total number of postgraduate or postgraduate degree equivalent through their regulatory bodies.
4) According to the decision of the university / college, 5% relaxation from 55% of the total marks or equivalent relaxation grade is given to differently able candidates .
