Educational criteria for becoming a Commerce Teacher and teach 11th and 12th students?

I am a Law Graduate and Company Secretary qualified candidate. However, now I wish to teach Commerce students of class 11th and 12th. Am I eligible to do so? Or, do I need to do any further course also?
