Can we get job without writing IAS exam just with embassy experience in India (German Consulate) may be for the position of clerk.

If you wish to get job in Indian embassy in foreign country, then you must apply for IAS exam (civil services exam) which is conducted by UPSC. Firstly you will have to clear Preliminary Exam, then Main Exam and finally Personal Interview. If your AIR is good enough, then you can be recruited to Indian Embassy in foreign countries.
