Yes. You are eligible to apply for the course M.Sc MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology). If you have an interest in in medical laboratory technology and want to make a career in that field, then M.Sc (MLT) is the good course after B.Sc (Chemistry). Some of the colleges offer direct admission based on qualifying examination whereas some well reputed institutes conduct their own entrance exam for admission.

M.Sc (MLT) Eligibility
You must have passed graduation in BMLT, B.Sc (MLT), B.Sc (Microbiology), B.Sc (Chemistry), B.Sc (Biochemistry) or equivalent course from a recognized university.
