Re: Can I take transfer from West Bengal board to CBSE board for class 9th? You have to first request for the Migration Certificate from the board you are presently studying after passing 10th class. Then you have to go to the Head Office of the Board in which you want to take admission. There you have to fill the Eligibility Form and submit the documents needed i.e. Migration Certificate. After verification you'll get the Eligibility Certificate from the board. And then your board will be changed. |

Yes, you have the option to change the board and get admission in another board for the admission in the 9th and appear for the 10th board examination later. Candidates after getting admission in 9th in a recognised board are not eligible to get admission in the another recognised board for 10th board examination. So, you can transfer from West Board to CBSE , if you want to get admission in the another board. |

As candidates are only eligible to change the board after 8th or 11th. You have to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the respective school to get the admission. |

Can I take transfer from West Bengal board to CBSE board for class 9th? I am about to complete my class 8th exam under West Bengal board of education. Is it possible to switch my board from West Bengal to CBSE for class 9th new admission? |
