No, now you cannot clear your backlogs and complete the course.

There is time limitation to complete the course. So, you are not eligible to complete the course now and have to take admission in the course again if want to do education at the next level.

After several years of gap, You can start your graduation from the beginning. Now you can complete your graduation through Correspondence or Distance mode from a recognized university or you can complete your graduation in One Year through One sitting Graduation with Credit Transfer Scheme.

Maximum of 3-4 years are allowed to clear any of previous backlogs.
If a candidate is successful in clearing their backlog in that time duration then they can proceed further.
If they are unable to complete, then they have to take fresh admission in graduation.
For getting a degree, it's important to clear backlogs.
One should clear all the subjects exam within the stipulated time mentioned by the University.

The thing I would like to let you know is that the maximum duration allowed for completing a bachelor degree course (including supplementary paper examinations) is at most six years from the date of first registration to the degree course.

So, as you have passed out of your degree course in 2017 which means you would have joined your 3 degree course in 2014 and clearly from 2014 it has been more than 6 years which implies that you are not allowed to appear in the backlog papers to your same degree course now. Further, to complete your degree course you will be required to start all again from the beginning taking fresh admission in the same degree course.
