As far as the educational requirement for APSC (Assam Public Service Commission) examinations are concerned, candidate must have completed his/her qualifying degree by the last date of submission of application form for the examination. So, while being in final year of graduation degree course you are eligible to apply for APSC examination only if you are going to complete your final year with result your declared by the last date of submission of application form. |
