Company clearly mentions that you must have all your papers cleared before joining yet every year candidates with active backlogs join the company. You will be asked to produce all semester marks sheet at the time of on-boarding and if you have appeared for the re-examination then you can say that you are waiting for the results and will produce the marksheets once the results are out. Once you are on-boarded you will get time to submit the documents in 2-3 months. You can use this time to re-appear and clear your papers. |

Re: Capegemini willgive time to clear the backlog if already selected? Candidates having backlogs are not allowed to work for Capgemini. You might, however, talk to HR about delaying your start date. Candidates will only have one opportunity to clear*backlogs at the upcoming supplemental exam. After clearing all the backlogs, the candidate may join Capgemini. |

However, you might discuss delaying your start date with HR. In the next supplemental examination, students will only have one opportunity to clear backlogs in one attempt. The student can join Capgemini after passing. |

Capegemini willgive time to clear the backlog if already selected? I have selected for capgemini. But, i have backlog in 7th semister. Will they give time to clear it? Thank you. As early as possible please answer the questions |
