You can apply directly for the Executive programme ,i.e.,second stage of CS course after completing your Graduation . CS stands for Company Secretary. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam . There are three stages in CS course :- *Foundation programme, *Executive programme and *Professional Programme. - The CS Exam is conducted twice in an year in the month of June and December but the admission to CS course is open throughout the year. -The qualification required for Foundation Programme is 10+2 in Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts) or equivalent. Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10+2 awaiting their results. -The candidate who have completed Graduation in any discipline except Fine Arts can apply for the Executive Programme. -The candidate who have cleared the Executive Programme of CS Course can apply for the Professional Programme. The fee structure for company secretary course are as under :- CS Foundation Programme : Rs.4500/- CS Executive Programme : -For Commerce Graduates - Rs.9000/- -For Non Commerce Graduates - Rs 10,000/- and -For CS Foundation passed students - Rs 8,500/- CS Professional Programme : Rs.12,000/- The monthly income of a CS ranges from Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 40,000 .Beside salaries,a company secretary enjoys Private Medical Insurance Paid Sick Leave Stock Options Life Insurance/ Disability Company Pension Plan . |

Procedure of admission in CS after B.Com? Duration of course and fee structure? I am b.com pass student with 59% and want to take admission in cs course but don't know about the procedure for the admission and also don't know exactly duration and fees structure plz tell me all info about this course. |
