Eligibility criteria for Admission :- - The candidate should have passed the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary or equivalent examination. - The candidate should have preferably taken Mathematics or Economics with Business Mathematicss at the Higher Secondary Examination or other qualifying examinations for admission in B.A. Economics. - The candidate age must be less than 21 years at the time of application. The age limit may be relaxed by up to 3 years for SC, SCA, ST, BC, BCM, MBC and Women candidates. - Candidates from Boards other than Tamil Nadu State Board, CBSE and ISCE must produce an Eligibility Certificate from the University of Madras. All candidates who pass the Higher Secondary Examination of the Tamil Nadu State Board by PRIVATE STUDY and private candidates from CBSE or under the OPEN SCHOOL SYSTEM should also produce Eligibility Certificate. |
