For appearing in NEET UG, the minimum education required is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category) in PCB group subjects from a recognized board of education.

So, even being graduate in Arts (i.e; B. A. degree) holder you are eligible for appearing in NEET UG as you have completed Class 12th with PCB group provided you have managed to secure minimum marks required to be secured in PCB combination in Class 12th for appearing in this examination as per your category.

For more details regarding NEET UG, you can refer to the link www.neet.nta.nic.in.

°°° In order to appear in NEET exam, the minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate should have completed 12th with medical stream that consists of physics, chemistry, and biology subjects.
If you have taken admission in Bachelor of Arts graduation course then it does not affect you from appearing in this examination because the minimum eligibility is 12th to appear in NEET exam.
