Re: Can I clear my lab backlogs exam of 3rd semester in 5th semesters? Candidates can clear their backlogs in odd semester if it is of odd semester. So, if you have backlog in 3rd semester then you can appear for the examination in 5th semester and clear it. For detail information visit the official website. |

A student has backlogs in 3rd or 4th semester(2nd year) then it is mandatory to clear them in 5th or 6th semester. If even 1 backlog is carried to 5th semester (3rd year), then it will result into a drop. |

It is totally dependent on your college course structure and promotion criteria as in certain colleges do allow students to continue their studies along with backlogs which they need to clear in the upcoming semester examination cycle while in case of some colleges students has to clear all their previous papers in order to be promoted to next semester or year. So, exact details of promotion policy followed by your college, you can refer to your college management. |
