I studied class 6 and class 7 in Saudi, but from class 8 to class 12 2 years long term =7 years continuously in telangana(india) , but I didn't studied telugu from class 8 to class 10 , but my parents have residential certificate of telangana, am I considered as local or non local or NRI, pls tell

The standard definition of Non Resident Indian is " a citizen of India who holds an Indian Passport and has temporarily emigrated to other country for 180 days or more for employment, education or any other purpose.

No, your children will not be considered as Non Resident Indian as they are residing within territory of India.

The person called NRI whose father birth in their native country and stay other country where he born.

I am working in abroad for last 10 years but my family is staying in India will my children's considered as NRI
