As far as I know, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), which conducts the ICSE board exams, does not have any specific age limits for appearing in the exams. However, most schools that follow the ICSE curriculum generally admit students in the Nursery or Kindergarten at the age of 3 or 4 years and students complete their Class 10th, which is the final year of the ICSE curriculum, at the age of 15 or 16 years. Therefore, the minimum age to appear for the ICSE board exams would typically be 15 years, as students usually complete their Class 10th at this age. Similarly, the maximum age would depend on when a student completes their Class 10th, but there is no specific upper age limit for appearing in the ICSE board exams. |

Re: Minimum and maximum age limit for ICSE board exams? There is no such strict age boundary for anyone to give the ICSE board exams. But as you are not allowed to enter class1 if you are not of 5,it means that you shall atleast be 15 at the time of your boards. |

The attendence should not less than 75% if less council will not allow you to sit on the Examination. Candidate have take their Admit Card with him in the Examination period. Admit card is compulsary in the Examination. The paper was of 80 marks in which 20 marks are in the hands of the Subject Teacher. The time allowed to written on the answer sheet are 2 hours + 15 minutes reading time. you are not allowed to write during first reading time these time are given to read question paper frequently. Age Limit--- Minimum---15 Years Maximum----No limit |

Re: Minimum and maximum age limit for ICSE board exams? The full form of ICSE is Indian Certificate of Secondary Education. For appearing in class 10th from ICSE board, you must have completed your 8th and 9th from a recognized school. Registration for class 10th is done in class 9th, so whatever be the age, if you have studied till class 9th and registered for class 10th exam, you can appear for the ICSE board exams. For 10+2 ICSE board exams, you must have done 10+1 and 10th from a recognized school. There is no maximum age limit for board exams of ICSE. |

Re: Minimum and maximum age limit for ICSE board exams? ICSE stands for Indian Certificate of Secondary Education does not has certain limitations on the age of board examination . The candidates must be of 5 years at the admission in Cass I . So it is generally believed that the age of the candidates is about 15 years at the board examination . The examination is held in the month of March and result in the month of May . |
