Physical Test Details: ST of all states and union Territories:- Height-162.5, Chest- 76(unexpended) 81(expended) Person belonging to Hill area of Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Leh & Ladakh, North Eastern States, State of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Union Territory of Pondicherry, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, Andaman & Nicobar islands and Doqras: Height-165, Chest- 78(unexpended) 83(expended) For other state and union Territories: Height-167, Chest- 78(unexpended) 83(expended) The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 & 6/9 of both eyes |

Physical fitness and eyesight required to join BSF? Respected Sir/Madam, I want to join BSF now. I would like to know that what physical fitness is required for joining BSF? And also let me know about the eyesight also. Kindly let me know as soon as possible. |
