To crack The CA CPT Exam You Need 100 Marks Out Of 200. it is Divided in to Two Session of 2 hours Each Including 4 Subjects - •Quantitative Aptitude-50 marks •General Economics-50 marks •Mercantile Law-40 marks •Accounting -60 marks The CPT Examination is an Objective type with Multiple choice . The CPT Examination having two modes like, Paper Pencil Mode / Online Mode . You may apply for any one of the mode in which you have interested . CPT Exmaination having ( Negative Marking System ) . So, If you give wrong answer then you may loose 1/4 for each wrong answer. So You should take special care while answering the Question . To crack this CPT Examination then , you require to score Minimum 50% percentage of marks in each subject And 30% in Each Subjects.It means You Have to Score 100 Marks Out Of 200. Re: How much marks required to crack CPT exam? To Pass The CA CPT Examination You Need 100 Marks Out Of 200. One Paper of 200 Marks Divided in to Two Session of 2 hours Each Including These 4 Subjects - Accounts - 60 marks Mercantile law - 40 marks Economics - 50 marks Maths + Stats - 50 marks Passing Creteria - To Pass CA CPT Examination, You Have To Scored Minimum 50% Marks in Aggregate And 30% in Each Subjects. It means You Have to Score minimum 100 Marks Out Of 200 to qualify the examination. And There Is Negative Marking Of Wrong Answer, So If You Give Wrong Answer You Have Deducts 0.25 marks. Re: How much marks required to crack CPT exam? Marks Required to Crack Common Proficiency Test: You should obtain at one sitting a minimum of 50 percent marks in the aggregate of all the four subjects / sections comprised in CPT (Examination), subject to the principle of negative marking.

I want to get chance in chartered accountancy exam 'cpt'.how should i study to get chance at the first time.please help me. B. Why everyone says that 'cpt' exam is tough? C. Suppose there are 1000 students appearing for this exam and all passed.then will all be able to study ca that year? D. How much seats ICAI have for each year? Re: How much marks required to crack CPT exam? CPT is damn easy; u can clear it with good marks without taking coaching in first attempt. Try to finish ur syllabus of cpt before min 2 weeks before exams. Then start practicing from the question banks provided by institute or even reputed CA publishers. start attempting all the questions of a single model paper. Then start ticking the right and wrong answers and compute marks in each segments and total marks. Try at least 3 model papers per day. Whichever questions which u feel very uncomfortable,unambiguous; circle that in question paper or copy them along with answer in separate copy. Revise that in the night before cpt exam. best of luck. 160+ marks guarantee. so i think 130+ is a good score... |
