A candidate originally belongs to OBC community fails to submit his OBC cert due to less time and submitted his SEBC cert for a central govt. job reserved for OBC. Whether his case will be considered by the recruiting authority if he will submit his OBC certificate issued after the cutoff date. |

Will CCB treat me as General student if I fail to produce renewed certificate? pls read prospectus b4 asking or replying. if u cannot produce obc certificate for counselling, the seat alloted to u will be cancelled n u will be considered as general in next round of allotment. and yes, u need to produce a fresh certificate, though the government says that u can produce the old one along with a self declaration that u are not in creamy layer for that year. |

Caste certificates are for lifelong. NCL (Non Creamy Layer) comes with one year validity OBC Certification may cancel only when the community of the concerned candidate is removed from the OBC list. Otherwise It is for life time The OBC certificate consists of two parts – First part indicates that the concerned person belongs to a community listed as OBC and The second part indicates that the candidate does not fall in the creamy layer. Yes, offcourse you will need a new certificate for the time of councilling. otherwise you will be treat as general student. you are obtained the facility of quota when you show your certificate original copy to the authority. |

Once issued by the MRO the OBE certificate,after your 10th stardard,it will be accepted till the end, if the certificate is in proper. No need of renewed the certificate for AIEEE counsel,they will be accepting. Actual income certificate has to be renewed every year for the purpose of scholarship.Otherwise the income certificates also no need of renewal. |

According my knowledge, OBC certificates are issued for a period of 10 years. During the time of counselling you need to provide the original certificate as issued to you by the Government of India, also the certificate must be a valid one. Now if you produce a certificate that has expired during the time of counselling, it will be considered invalid, and hence your candidature might be rejected. So its better to be on the safer side and produce a valid OBC certificate. |

Now i am seeing your Query ! The OBC Certification issued by the competent Authority in 2009 will be Considered in your AIEEE Counseling. It will work there's no need to make again a Certificate, Once OBC Certification is Made it is valid for more a year. According to CCB SC, ST, OBC and PH candidates will be required to produce original certificate issued by the competent authority at the time of counseling, failing which they will not be considered for admission.You need to have OBC Certificate But if you fail to Submit They will cancel Your Candidature for AIEEE Admissions For that year. |

You will have to produce renewed certificate and also according to the prescribed format issued by them , for that you can have a look at the back of AIEEE brochure, failing which you might be considered in general category, so why are you taking risk, make a new one. |

Hello...Yes you need to produce a renewed OBC certificate because there is lot of cheating done in this and there are many people who can produce fake certificates. If you don't produce it then your candidature will be cancelled completely and you cannot even get admission in genereal category. That is why it is important to think and tick the OBC option in your AIEEE form.If you have renewed certificate then only tick it. ALL THE BEST |

Will CCB treat me as General student if I fail to produce renewed certificate? sir,i have applied for AIEEE 2010 in OBC category.my OBC cert. is issued by competent authority in sept 2009,so can i use this cret. on the time of councelling or it is necessary to produce new (renewed) OBc cert. on special proforma at councelling.& if i fail to produce the new OBC cert. whether ccb will treat me as a GEN. or they will reject my candidature. |
