First of all I would like to tell you that your query is incomplete as you have not mentioned at which level you want the main subjects of nanotechnology either at graduation level or at post graduation level. The list of subjects which are important at master's degree level are as below: 1.Fundamental of nano science 2.Nano science medicine 3.Fullerens and carbon forms 4.Nano lithography 5.Nano electronics 6.Nano robotics 7.Molecular nanotechnology.
