Re: What are the rights and responsibilities of Employer and Employee? hi.. the employer has the responsibility of looking after the employees in every way as possible, he should see that there is no exploitation of the employee and also the employee is paid according to the minimum wages act, also the employee should see that he is loyal to the company and always try to bring profit and increase the productivity of the company by working according to the general customs of the company, its an two way process and each should look after the other ,if the employee performs well then the employer will automatically see that he is looked after well |
